Over the past few weeks I’ve been on a journey with you to help you Find and Be YOU, and understand the VALUE of YOU. Feel free to read my previous posts to refresh your memory.

Now we’re going to look at the VALUE of THEM.

On your journey of Finding and Being YOU, the next stage is to understand the VALUE of YOU.

Many of us have heard the words ‘Know Your Worth’, and then have tried to find our worth by comparing ourselves to others, but the truth is that YOU and the person you are comparing yourself to are innately different, your journeys are different and you’ll never know the details about what made them the person they are today.

So how do YOU then understand the VALUE of YOU?

How many times have you heard these encouraging words ‘Be You!’

Whilst this might be possible for those who KNOW who they are and are HAPPY in their own skin, for some, the open and honest question is ‘Who Am I?’

Happy New Year to one and all! We’ve made it into 2019; some have strategized their plans for the year and have already set these plans in motion, some are just making a start with the planning with a view to putting them into motion at the end of January and some have decided to take a more relaxed yet reactive approach to see how the year pans out.
