Stepping out into the Entrepreneurial world as a Social Entrepreneur isn’t for everyone!
Its purpose coupled with a drive to bring about social change, that not everyone is designed or created to do.
With that in mind and to guide you through my process of discovery, I’ve has written this Handbook to help you identify as to whether becoming a Social Entrepreneur is the purpose that is matched to you.
In my Handbook, you’ll hear the frustrations I felt as I tried to focus on a Career in the Financial Industry, but after a period of time was left with the thoughts of, there must be More To Life Than This.
You’ll hear how I found my Way Out of the Financial Industry with the Help that came my Way, giving me room to see and understand that my ideas of being involved in Social Change is possible.
You’ll also hear about the Financial Implications that impacted on my transition out of the Financial Industry and into my Plan B, as I sought to find the time and space to work on my Plan A, along with hearing how Pitching at London’s School for Social Entrepreneurs helped me to see that I AM matched to step into my Purpose of becoming a Social Entrepreneur.
Within the Handbook, you’ll find more helpful hints and tips that include, the need to have Mentors to help you grow and develop as a Social Entrepreneur, how this journey can lead you to being a Voice at Tables of Influence, how important it is to take a regular Pause, and understand that Life continues to Happen as you pursue your business goals as a Social Entrepreneur.
To that end, if you are currently in a Career or Employee Role BUT you see yourself in the Entrepreneurial world as a Social Entrepreneur, and would like guidance on how to take that leap of faith and make that transition, then this Handbook is for you!

About Me:
My name is Judith AM Denton and I am the CEO and Founder of a Social Enterprise called The Transformed You, a powerful Speaker and an authentic Author.
Also an Influencer, I have served in Children’s Social Care as a member of Fostering Panel's, providing independent oversight of the Recruitment, Assessment and Review of Foster Carers and making recommendations on their suitability to Foster, along with being an Ambassador within, The National Youth Ambassadors Advisory Group for the National Independent Reviewing Officer Managers Partnership, raising awareness and challenging stigma in order to make life in Care better for everyone.
I have also served as a member of the Young Women’s Justice Project Strategic Advisory Group brought together by Agenda, the alliance for women and girls at risk in partnership with Standing Committee for Youth Justice, to improve policy and practice for young adult women (aged 17 – 25) who come into contact with the Criminal Justice System.
This has led me to becoming the Chairperson of The Black Care Experience set up to collate the views of the past and present Black and In Care Community, to help shape a better Care Experience for the next Black and In Care Generation; and to also becoming an Expert By Experience Board Member for England’s Independent Review of Children’s Social Care.
From my experience of becoming Purpose Driven Entrepreneur, I believe that there are people who have the desire to become an Entrepreneur, but are unsure as to ‘why’ or ‘how’.
To help them on this road of self-discovery, I openly share valuable lessons learnt from my journey, to guide Aspiring Entrepreneurs on how to step out of your comfort zone and become a ‘Purpose Driven’ Entrepreneur, realizing your Potential and Passionately achieving your goals; I’m also able to share my experience with Established Entrepreneurs on how to continue to develop your Potential to remain relevant and carry on Passionately achieving your ‘Purpose Driven’ Business goals.
