On your journey of Finding and Being YOU, the next stage is to understand the VALUE of YOU.

Many of us have heard the words ‘Know Your Worth’, and then have tried to find our worth by comparing ourselves to others, but the truth is that YOU and the person you are comparing yourself to are innately different, your journeys are different and you’ll never know the details about what made them the person they are today.

So how do YOU then understand the VALUE of YOU?

Anything that is VALUED is treated with great care and attention. For example, anyone who VALUES their car, looks after it with great precision, making sure it receives a full valet on a regular basis. Anyone who VALUES what they consider to be a ‘special’ piece of jewellery, will aim to only wear in on special occasions, making sure it is kept safe at all times.

Now noted these are examples of material items considered as VALUABLE, so how can that compare to the VALUE of YOU!

How do YOU look after YOURSELF?

So many are waiting for others to see us as VALUABLE and treat us as such, but how do YOU TREAT YOU? How do YOU VALUE YOU?

The VALUE of YOU can be evidenced by the healthy thoughts you have about yourself, which is then heard in what you say about yourself, and seen by how you consistently present, conduct yourself and in the choices you make. The VALUE of YOU is not based on the car you drive, how much money you have in the bank, the clothes you wear, the home you may live in, the job you do or the title you have.

In essence the core VALUE of YOU starts within YOU and if YOU are not looking after yourself in a healthy and respectful way, then you may find it a challenge to find someone to treat and VALUE YOU in the way that you desire.

Armed with this information, I encourage YOU to continue to FIND and BE YOU, walking and living unapologetically in the power of the VALUE of YOU, which will ignite your PASSION for life and spark those around YOU, lead YOU on a road of opportunities to unleash your POTENTIAL, to discover and fulfil your powerful PURPOSE.
